ABOUT TODD RANCH &

THE TODD FAMILY

Todd Ranch was homesteaded in 1883 in rural Sully County, South Dakota. Since 1883, our family has grown into a 6th generation operation. Our operation proudly farms a variety of small grains and row crop including sunflowers, wheat, oats, and alfalfa. The livestock side of our operation includes beef cattle, pigs and chickens. In addition to taking care of our own farm land and animals, we offer custom farming solutions including planting, spraying, harvesting, haying and trucking.

CHUCK AND NANCY TODD

Chuck and Nancy, are a part of the 4th Generation of our 6th Generation Operation. Chuck grew up on our family's homestead located near Onida SD. Chuck & Nancy are the parents of three sons: Charles, Michael, Timothy. They are also the face you see at the Capital City Farmer's Market on Satyurday Mornings. Chuck takes care of theside of the farm with the small grain and row crop farming. Nancy takes care of all our pantry items, honey and our farm fresh eggs.

CHARLES AND KATELYN TODD

Charles and Katelyn Todd. Charles is the eldest son of Chuck & Nancy Todd. Charles and his wife, Katelyn, returned home to the farm in 2017 after both gradulated from South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!) They are responsible for all of our home-raised beef and operate a cow calf to finish operation; they also started our outdoor pork operation in 2020.. Charles and Katelyn's children start the 6th generation of Todd's. They have 1 daughter, Addison and 2 sons, Charles and Carson.

MICHAEL TODD

Michael Todd, is the middle son of Chuck & Nancy Todd. Michael isn't always home due to his career, but when he is home he helps with all areas of the farming operation.

TIMOTHY & BRIANNA TODD

Tim and Brianna Todd. Tim is the youngest son of Chuck & Nancy Todd. Tim & his wife, Brianna, returned home to the farm in 2022 after both graduated from Lake Area Technical College. Tim helps with all the areas of the farm and has a vest interest in our outdoor pork operation.

You might not always see all of us, but we hope to give you a glance into who's all behind the scenes of your favorite Todd Ranch Products. We're proud to be able to offer you our home raised beef, home raised pork, farm fresh eggs, local honey, lemon curd and fresh baked goods. We hope that our products can be a blessing to your family and family's health.
