Eggs

Eggs are a great source of protein, healthy fats, and many vitamins. They are easy to use and can be prepared on any day. Washing eggs - the season and the weather determine whether they are washed or left with the bloom intact. Once they are washed, I refrigerate the eggs.

Eggs last for many months. I date mine out of habit ~ when I was selling to stores and restaurants, it was necessary. They will last for up to 3 months - best when you are baking.

Organic Chicken Feed

Over the years, I've been asked about what we use for chicken feed. The eggs taste delicious. Many of my customers say, "Whatever you are doing - keep it up." You get what you pay for is true once again when it comes to feeding your animals.

Honey

Our honey is from Sully County. Many of you have asked for this for health reasons and benefits. As with most honey, color and taste can vary from year to year based on plant availability, rainfall, and heat.

Clover is available in August.

Sunflower in September. Some of you have asked if Sunflower honey is a flavored product. It is not, the nectar collected by the bees is from the acres of sunflowers grown in Sully County.

Lemon Curd

When our eggs are in abundance, we will take them and make this delicious, sweet, and yet tart curd for a hint of spring. Nancy has fine-tuned her recipe for a more tart flavor, but it's got just enough sweetness to satisfy your sweet tooth.
